Where We Ship

Rosslyn Direct ships to most U.S. states where hemp-derived products are permitted. Due to varying state laws, we are unable to ship to certain restricted locations.

We do not currently ship to:

• Arkansas
• Idaho
• Minnesota
• Mississippi
• Hawaii

Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and fully refunded.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping options:

• Free Priority Shipping on orders over $150
• Priority: 1–3 business days
• Ground: 3–5 business days

Delivered Orders

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

If you cannot locate your package:

• Check with neighbors or your building
• Contact the carrier directly
• Allow up to 48 hours for delivery updates

If the package is still missing after that, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
