We currently offer three shipping options within the United States.

Express & Expedited delivery estimates reflective of orders placed before 12PM CST. Orders placed after 12PM CST will be processed on next business day. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.
- In addition to U.S. postal addresses in the entire U.S. and Puerto Rico, tjmaxx.com is able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.

We deliver to US postal addresses, P.O boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses, but not to international/US territory addresses. Special Locations
- For APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses).
- Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional business days.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii are subject to higher shipping costs
- Please know that some states require tax to be charged on the shipping and handling/freight line.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards ship separately. Gift Cards ship for free when the standard shipping method is selected during checkout.
Signature Required
Orders totaling $1000.00 and above will be shipped "signature required" upon delivery. Shipments containing oversized items (e.g. Accent Chairs, Area Rugs, etc.) may require signature upon delivery as well.
Beauty
Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and can only be shipped standard. You will see "item ships standard only" listed under the product description for these items. If an order than contains a hazardous product, the entire order will only shipping standard.
Oversized Items
Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may have a shipping surcharge cost in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. Shipping and handling costs and shipping surcharges are non-refundable. The shipping surcharge is a per unit.
Shipments containing oversized items (e.g. Accent Chairs, Area Rugs, etc.) may be delivered by a carrier who requires a scheduled delivery appointment and capture of a signature. When product is ready for delivery, customers can expect a phone call and/or email from the carrier to confirm that appointment. Please note, this is a doorstep delivery (customers will be responsible for bringing items inside their home) and assembly is not included.

Return Policy Information
Overview:
- Returns are free to any TJ Maxx store. To make in-store returns quicker and easier, please provide your Shipping Confirmation email (printed or on mobile device) and the plastic packaging your items arrived in.
- Returns by mail are $11.99. Initiate a return using our easy online returns portal.
- Items will be credited to their original form of payment so long as they are made within the following time periods:
- Online orders: within 40 days of order date
- In-store purchases: within 30 days of purchase
- We will gladly take back most unwashed, unused, and appropriately tagged merchandise as outlined in our return policy.
- Our return policies are always subject to local, state and federal restrictions.
