Shipping

packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes (Either a plain brown box or a USPS priority mail box). Nowhere on the outside of your package will you see the words "Grasscity"

After your order has been processed (which typically takes 3–5 business days), delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days, Priority Shipping takes 2–3 business days, and Express Shipping takes 1–2 business days. These timeframes apply after processing is complete. International orders usually take 3–4 weeks to be delivered.

Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been scanned and packed up. Tracking emails are typically sent out 1-2 days after order has been placed.

Once it’s shipped out you’ll continue to receive periodic shipping updates until its arrival. If you entered a phone number at check-out, our system will send you text message alerts to update you when your package is out for delivery.

Grasscity may require a signature for certain orders at our discretion to ensure security. This helps prevent fraud, underage purchases, and other unauthorized activity.

• We do not accept paypal & Crypto Currency- there are no exceptions to this.

We accept returns on all unused products. If the product has been used, even once, we cannot accept a return, no exceptions. Items must be reported for return within 48 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

No matter the reason, sometimes you receive something you don’t want. If you want to return an item, there are a few steps to follow. First, email us with some pictures of the item so we can verify it is not broken and hasn’t been used. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Returns will only be accepted if exchanged through our customer service team, packages sent without our return label will not be accepted or refunded.

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside of the United States.

To start a return you have to reach out to Grasscity's customer services within 48 hours

If your item arrives broken, defective, or unused, please inspect it immediately and take photos along with your order invoice. Email these to support@grasscity.com within 48 hours of delivery or initiate a chat with the live support agent on the website using the chat widget. After verification, we will either replace the item or issue a refund/exchange of equal value.

The thing I first noticed when looking through the website was the prices of some of the items were absolutely Fabulous. I'm speaking about a 9 inch bubbler that was like 25 dollars that's a great price.  I feel like grasscity is a brand that 2muchthc can get behind and have the same type of mind when it comes to our customers. We want to off the best product we can for the best price when we can. 

2muchthc has been racking their mind trying to figure out they can get some products on their site. Well we did it again now we just have to do a little marketing to get this domain popping.

Bet it all and I won it back 10x now don't mind me if I polish my halo and get my flex on. Been down with the devil to long was just chilling with death last night he said you ain't dead yet and took my breath away and made me jump up just so I know that I still got it in me. And I woke up this morning and felt the same way all its going to take is a little time and work and shit I ain't scared of either of those things. 

But I was wrong, It took a little to much time, and a whole lot of effort. I Just can't wait til I bounce back and save every fricking dollar. just so I know my babygirl will always have a place with me. Im done fucking off the profit now I want it all. I ain't getting calls no texts but we friends huh the DEA they run my things the FBI meeting by the boarders with the CIA waiting on the drop though, suckers think they can't get touched cuz they think they rule the whole world.

Which reminds me, The local police here wouldn't be able to handle them selves in courts here without lying because they have no idea how to properly enforce these laws that people are losing their lives for, I would know I was one of them for to long they held me back and they still are they just wont let me be, They think they can kill you and no one would ride cuz police are dirty murders.

You wouldn't guess what they allow "Reputable" businesses in Carbondale PA 18407 do to the normal people and convenient to, I've caught them multiple times charging like 5 dollars extra at check out. Extortion.

I've seen Parole Officers get swore in and then immediately and knowingly Lie on the stand. I've seen them let liars make up crimes and innocent people go to jail for no reason I've seen them weponize the family courts I've seen them weaponize the PFA petitions. I know this because I've lived through it and more and the worst part? The people like your lawyers are doing less then the bare minimum and still work for the other side. 

I've seen the mental health offices in Honesdale and Scranton purposely misdiagnosis and gaslight lie and cover up abuse just to profit off a medicine I don't even need anyway(still on it won't let me off it)

Wont even let me review my medical records just to hide all that. I can go off on a tangent all day about the criminals that run the criminals justice system but this dude wants us to pray instead so.

Dear Lord above,

we are all sinners just trying to make it a long so we ask today you pray for the sick, the restless, the poor, homeless, and hopeless. Because Better days will always come if you just believe and ask you shall receive. We ask you to bless those in need of a little love, and wake those who are asleep of the evil done in the world.
