Shipping Policy
All Mystic Labs™ orders will be shipped out of our Fulfillment Center in Tampa, FL, within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays) of your payment processing successfully. The delivery time frame of your package will depend on the shipping method you select at the time of checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated after all discounts and before taxes.
- All orders up to $163.99 will ship free (5-10 business days)
- Orders $164+ will ship free expedited 2-day shipping*
- On ANY order, customers can choose Next Day Expedited shipping for a $20 flat fee (weekdays only and up until 1 pm EST in order to meet carrier pick up times)*
- These rates are applicable to orders in the continental United States only
- Any purchase containing vape products must ship standard USPS - please allow additional time
- Any order shipping to a PO Box must ship standard USPS
- Expedited shipping is not available to AK, HI, PR or USVI
Where We Ship
All 50 U.S. States (except Oregon and California - due to legal restrictions in these states, we cannot sell or ship Delta 8, Delta 9, or Delta 10 products to customers in Oregon and California)

Expedited Shipping
Our team works to make sure that you’ll receive your packages as quickly as possible. Our expedited shipping may arrive later than expected due to carrier delays beyond our control.
APO and APE military addresses cannot select expedited shipping.
Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with your tracking information so that you may stay up to date with the delivery of your shipment.
Holidays & Sales
Shipping and processing times may be lengthened during busy sale times and Holiday seasons that create a high volume of orders. All delivering carriers do not ship on the following holidays regardless of whether you’ve selected expedited shipping:

Refund Policy
Buying Directly from the Mystic Labs™ Website
WILL I BE DENIED A REFUND IN THE 30-DAY PERIOD FOR ANY REASON?
During the 30-day refund period, there are no exceptions to this policy. Providing you have purchased product from our online store, we will issue you a full refund during this time.
Please note, if the same person requests numerous refunds or we suspect illegitimate refund requests, we will look deeper into the issue and may stop supplying product to that person.
CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCT WITHIN THE 30-DAY PERIOD?
Yes, should you want to exchange your product for a product of equal or lesser value during the 30-day refund period, you are able to do so.
If you choose to exchange your product for a product of lesser value, we will not refund the difference.
I.e., if your product costs $99.99 and you exchange for a $49.99 product, we will not refund you back $50.

Mystic Labs is constantly striving to improve product effectiveness, diversity, and affordability for all. We stand behind all of our products. To that end, Mystic Labs will gladly refund any product that was purchased directly from our online store at MysticLabsD8.com for up to 30 days from the day of purchase.
However, if a customer purchases a Mystic Labs product in store or from another website (not from MysticLabsD8.com) and wants a refund, they must see the store for the refund. Any customer who calls customer service or emails seeking a refund for a product purchased in store will be referred to this refund policy.
